I've had this coffee shop idea for over a decade.  Only in the last few years have I settled on the name and theme. Seeing a subway map of our solar system depicting the change in velocity (delta-V) required to leave and enter orbits of other planet was what did it for me; such a beautiful way to illustrate a complex subject. We use coffee all the time to change our velocity so why not embrace this idea of us being on a journey trying to change our velocity, and what better way to do that than on a bus, together with others.
